Multi-Realm Scoops Dealmaker of the Year at the 2025 GRO Awards

GRO Retail (formerly Completely Retail Marketplace) has recognised the efforts of Multi-Realm’s Leasing team at their annual award ceremony.

The GRO Awards celebrate the individuals and companies making real waves in retail, leisure, and hospitality real estate. Behind every great property deal is someone with the vision to spot an opportunity and the skill to make it happen.

The Dealmaker Award celebrates an individual or agency who’s pulled off a game-changing leasing or investment deal – one that’s turned heads and shifted the market. It’s a nod to bold thinking, sharp negotiation, and real impact.

The award recognises Multi-Realm specifically for its work in letting Cotswolds Designer Outlet, ensuring all units bar one were occupied at its premiere of the scheme in July 2025.
