Wembley Park is London’s largest regeneration area with a total investment spend of £3bn creating a new 85 acre neighbourhood offering 8.8 million sq ft of mixed-use development.

Each of Wembley Park’s four new districts will has their own unique retail and leisure opportunities with a total of 40 units totalling 500,000 sq ft completed by 2027. Half of the retail units were completed by the end of 2019 by which time the Village district had a completed Boxpark, a new theatre, 17 retail and leisure units, a further 1,700 homes and 1,800 hotel rooms.

The next phases will see a further 23 retail and leisure units added in the Boulevard and White Horse Square districts and to achieve these impressive milestones Wembley Park is investing £1.5m per day.

Already there are 4,000 office based employees working in Wembley Park and 21,000 local residents. When complete, the Wembley Park regenerated area will get over 20 million visitors a year and have an annual retail spend of £328 million.
